T & A Kernoghan as part of their ongoing relationship with the Univerisity of Ulster completed this fit out to form a new facility for the Pharmacy Department.

Queens University - Transition Zone

Works included refurbishment worksto the Transition Zone for Queens University Belfast.

St Patricks Primary School, Saul, Downpatrick

This project involved the construction of a new 6 classroom primary school on a green field site with extensive drainage works.

University of Ulster - Refurbishment of MS Building, Magee

The refurbishment works included a complete change of use to the building encompassing remodelling of internal open plan office accommodation to singular office cells. There was also a complete upgrade of all finishes to include, walls, floors and ceilings along with the installation of specialist computer flooring.
