This project commenced further to the completion of the Donaghadee Community Centre project which was for the same client and design team.
The scope of these works related to the construction of a single storey Community Centre for Ards Brough Council in conjunction with Donaghadee.

This recently completed facility for Ashton Community Trust was well received not only by the client but also the local community who were the main benefactors.
New Retail Units & Workshops, Monkstown
This mixed use development for Community Forum located in the Monkstown area of Greater Belfast is geared towards the creation of start up businesses and subsequent employment for local residents.
