Pharmacy Block, University of Ulster - Coleraine Campus

Pharmacy Block, University of Ulster - Coleraine Campus

T & A Kernoghan as part of their ongoing relationship with the University of Ulster completed this fit out to form a new facility for the Pharmacy Department.

The works took place over 3 floors covering an area of 20,000 square feet. As well as general administration facilities a number of specific facilities were constructed as part of this scheme.

Those include laboratories, computer rooms, “clean rooms” and a mock up pharmacy to be used as teaching tool to enhance the learning of students.

The rest of the building remained in occupation throughout the works and the project was carefully phased to minimise disruption to the operation of the building.
