Following a competitive tender process that involved both a quantitative and qualitative submission T & A Kernoghan were selected by the Western Education & Library Board to carry out this high profile scheme in Dungiven Town Centre.
In addition to the traditional facilities provided by a library offer features associated with the development include:-
- Children’s Play Area
- Children’s Computer Area
- Cafe
- Meeting Room
- Gallery/Exhibition Area
As previously noted this project is located in the town centre therefore challenges associated with traffic and pedestrian management plus minimising disruption for other businesses on the main street have recessitated a great deal of pre-planning from our Contract Team.
