Office Units At Silverwood Business Park
T & A Kernoghan Limited was appointed by Silverwood Properties to redevelop this existing commercial facility in their business park in Craigavon.
The previous tenants had been involved in light manufacturing but remodelling was required to provide high specification offices for the new tenants, a service based company. Aspects of the project included:-
•Replacement of existing roof coverings.
•Reconfiguring of elevations with replacement of architectural cladding panels and installation of new windows.
•New stairway.
•Installation of new computer flooring.
•New mechanical services installation to include air conditioning and ventilation.
The project was completed on time and within budget to allow a seamless handover to the tenant so that they commence their final interiors fit-out.
