Argyle Business Park - Warehouse Unit
In order to increase entrepreneurship and development of new businesses within the area the objective was to construct approximately 40000 square feet.
The development provides industrial units which are constructed to a high quality with the flexibility to combine units it required. Aspects of the construction include:-
- Power floated concrete floor with a design load of 25kn/m2.
- Steel portal frame with a clear working height of 6 metres.
- Insulated profile steel cladding to roof incorporating 10% roof lights.
- Glazed aluminium framed pedestrian access doors.
Upon completion of the project a number of the units were leased to a number of diverse businesses such as auto repairs, light engineering and manufacturing.
