Situated on the Lisburn area this was a prestigious project for an internationally known client.
Extensive infrastructure works were carried out which included significant cut and fill and soil stabilisation operations. In addition a 60 metre long 4 metre high retaining wall was erected to a section of the perimeter along with one third of the buildings footprint having vibrocompaction piles.
In addition to the 48000sq foot of warehouse space 10000 sq foot of office space was also constructed on mezzanine floors. Extensive hard and soft landscaping works were undertaken including a tarmac access road and car and lorry parking areas.
