Mercedes Benz Workshop, Mallusk
This project was for a local Mercedes dealership consisted of the construction of a new steel portal framed workshop covering an area of approximately 12000 sq feet. In addition to the new build facility an extensive amount of site works was carried out in relation to the retaining walls and drainage.
Also despite the fact that the existing facility was being refurbished it was a commercially driven requirement of the clients that the main store remain operational with minimum effect to the customers and staff. This was successfully achieved with the continued liaison between T & A Kernoghan and the workshop management.
