Lidl Supermarkets - Various Locations
Scope of works involved the design and build supermarket of 7no. supermarkets. construction works included in-situ concrete pad foundations and ground beams, structural steel frame clad with brick, block and curtain walling. High specification and high tolerence levels to all finishes. Mechanical and electrical installations and all associated site works.
This was the first of 7 sites that we developed for the well known German retailer. The learning curve for our company on this project was rapid with are aspect being the Lidl supply chain of subcontractors that we had to manage and co-ordinate. The contract period was challenging but through the skill and leadership of our project team we were able to complete the project on time and within budget.
