The scope of works included the demolition of existing pavilion, site clearance, the construction of 16 No. two storey general needs dwellings, car parking and all soft and hard landscaping.
For 14 No. dwellings the construction includes trench fill foundations and bottom driven, low vibration mini piles for 2No. dwellings, load bearing external walls suspended precast concrete hollowcore ground floor slabs, timber suspended first floor, load bearing and non bearing internal walls, and trussed rafter roof. The external walls are facing brick/block in cavity construction, windows are double glazed UPVC and the external doors and frames are hardwood. The roof is covered with concrete interlocking tiles.
