The build consists of timber frame construction with rendered block cavity construction, the roof covering is concrete tiles and the windows are double glazed in hardwood, along with complete Mechanical and Electrical installations. Outdoor works include external services, drainage roads, fences, parking and landscaping works.
Currently this project is on budget and programme.
