Lagan Valley Petrol Filling Station
The scope of works involves the demolition of an existing shop, petrol station forecourt and canopy. The construction of a 560m2 two storey shop building, 2Nr retail units 205m2, the reconstruction of the entire forecourt and canopy, the re-direction of the existing culvert running through the site, site works and drainage together with associated Mechanical and Electrical works.
The construction of the buildings comprises of trenchfill strip foundations and reinforced pad foundations, precast concrete floor slabs, structural steel frame, precast concrete to upper floor slabs, facing blockwork to retail units and cedar timber cladding to shop. Kingspan x –Dek with Bauder Sedum green roof, polyester powder coated double glazed curtain walling, plastered internal block walls, internal floor, wall and ceiling finishes. Refrigeration and air conditioning, shop fitting and shelving, hot food equipment, signage, fuel tank and fuel pump installations together with forecourt canopy.
